How to Wrap a Baby
摺起包巾的頂部, 把包巾摺成三角形或鑽石的形狀.
把嬰兒放在摺好的包巾上. 嬰兒的肩膀跟包巾的頂端放同一線.
Fold the top edge of swaddle to make the swaddle into a triangle or a diamond shape.
Lay baby with shoulders in line with the fold.

將嬰兒的右手平放在身體右側.
拉起包巾的左邊向右, 把多出的包巾放在嬰兒的身後.
Place one of baby’s hands under the fold.
Bring the edge of the wrap across the body. Tuck it under baby's body.
把底部的包巾摺起, 放置在包巾的頂端下.
Fold the bottom of the swaddle up and place the point of edge under the top of the swaddle.

拉起包巾的右邊向左.
Bring the other edge of the wrap across baby’s body.

把多出的包巾放在嬰兒的身後.
Tuck the other edge of the wrap under baby’s back.

把底端多出的包巾放在嬰兒的腳後.
Fold any extra length up and under baby’s legs.

檢查包巾有沒有太鬆或太緊, 及檢查嬰兒的雙腳能否伸展.
Check if the wrap is not too loose and not too tight, and if baby can fully stretch out his legs.
